solatpk is required to conduct KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership. solatpk reserves the right to request additional documentation as deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
All deposits on solatpk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your solatpk account within seconds of OTP confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business hour depending on the sending bank's processing times. solatpk does not charge platform-side deposit fees.
Withdrawal requests are available to verified accounts only. Upon submission of a valid withdrawal request, solatpk aims to process the payment within two (2) hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted during high-volume periods or those requiring additional verification may take longer to process.
In the event of a transaction error — including but not limited to duplicate credits, incorrect amounts, or system malfunctions — solatpk reserves the right to correct the error and recover any funds credited in excess of the correct amount, regardless of whether the funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
All bets placed on the solatpk platform are final and binding once confirmed by the system. A bet is confirmed when the solatpk platform issues a bet confirmation reference number to the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify that all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — are correct prior to confirming any wager.
Odds offered on solatpk reflect the probability of each outcome as assessed by our trading team and are subject to change without notice prior to bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed at a specific price, that price is locked in and will not be altered by subsequent market movements, with the exception of manifest error situations described in clause 5.4.
solatpk settles bets based on official results issued by the relevant governing body or sporting authority. In cricket markets, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and ICC official match results are used as the primary settlement source. Where official results are unavailable, delayed, or disputed, solatpk reserves the right to delay settlement pending clarification.
solatpk reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error — including, but not limited to, obvious pricing mistakes, technical glitches causing incorrect odds to be displayed, or incorrect event data. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account without any winnings paid.
Note on Live Betting: Live (in-play) betting markets on solatpk are subject to rapid odds movements. Once a live bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, it stands. Connectivity issues on the player's end during live betting do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
The solatpk Casino section, along with Slot, Dice, and WL Live categories, makes use of certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. These systems are independently verified to ensure fairness and unpredictability of results. solatpk does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.
The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual casino and slot games are determined by the respective game developers and are published or available upon request. Actual results in any given session may deviate significantly from theoretical RTP values, particularly over short play periods.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer-specific terms, bonus funds credited to a solatpk account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible contribution rates are clearly stated on each offer page.
solatpk operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering on low-risk combinations to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, using automated betting software, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus balances and associated winnings voided and the account permanently closed.

solatpk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability for which solatpk accepts no liability.
solatpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, solatpk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.
Your continued use of the solatpk platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming licence standards under which solatpk operates.
